Water tanks are crucial in delivering water to areas that need it, especially during the pandemic. The tanks need to constantly have water so that communities do not struggle.
But what is the point when the water level runs empty and the tanks are not filled up on time? Does this not defeat the purpose of delivering water tanks to deserving communities?
That is why we have created a device that notifies the authorities via SMS or the Lesira App whenever the tank has reached maximum water capacity, running low or completely empty. It also send notifications to the authorities whenever someone is tampering with the tank, making it easy to identify anyone who tampers with the tank. This will ensure that communities do not have to wait for the tank to be empty.
As a result of this device, communities will always have water, municipalities will improve their service delivery and as a nation we can all move forward by being proactive instead of reactive.
